Data analysis and visualization project examining the nutritional content of 9,750 meals across 10 meal kit services — answering the question "Are meal kits actually healthy?"
A collaborative analysis with Aaron, examining nutritional data across 9,750 meals from 10 meal kit services. We collected calories, macros, and ingredient data, then built visualizations to surface patterns: which services skew high-sodium, which offer genuinely balanced options, and how "healthy" varies wildly by meal type.
The findings were published as a blog post on Pick a Kit, helping subscribers make more informed choices. The Tableau dashboards and Pandas profiling reports were exploratory tools that shaped the final editorial framing.
